| genev@collectorsolutions.com Gene serves CSI as its Chairman of the Board and CEO. As such, his character and personal ideals, in large part, serve as the foundation for our company philosophy and vision. CSI's reflection of these traits; stability, responsibility, honesty, and trust has been essential to the many successes we have enjoyed over the last several years. Gene received a BS in Business Administration and Finance with a minor in Journalism from the University of Connecticut in 1975. In 1988, he bid for and obtained from the FCC one of the first cellular telephone license authorizations. He became President and Board Member of Cellular 2000 Telephone Company, (known as 'Cellular One'), in Central California. The company was sold in 1998 for more than $120 million. Locally, Gene is an elected County Commissioner for District 2, Escambia County. |

Robert Cothran | |
| robc@collectorsolutions.com Robert is a founding member of CSI serving as both its President and Senior Software Architect. He has a BS in Computer Science from the University of West Florida. Following the completion of his undergraduate degree in 1998, he attended graduate studies at the University of Alabama, Huntsville majoring in Software Engineering. Professionally, he is an MCP with extensive software development experience utilizing multiple Microsoft technologies and platforms. As architect of the CSI software life-cycle process, Robert has managed the incremental maturation of the CSI solution. Incorporating the concept of viewpoints into the development process, he has ensured that CSI's soon-to-be-released forth generation product, CSI eCollections Portal, will provide an end-to-end integrated solution that satisfies the broad demands of internet-enabled financial organizations. |

Omar Aguila | |
| omara@collectorsolutions.com Omar serves CSI as the Information Technology Administrator. Omar has been involved in Internet-based financial technologies since 1995 when he joined the Creative Computers team in Torrance, CA. While employed with Creative Computers, Omar participated in the development and deployment of the PCMall.com and MacMall.com e-commerce websites. Additionally, he also helped launched their sister company's auction site; Ubid.com. Omar’s technical experience includes Microsoft Development Technologies (VB, ASP), Microsoft Exchange, Novell Networking Technologies, and Windows Networking Technologies. Omar has been a MCSE since 1998. In 2005 he moved to Pensacola and continued his education at the University of West Florida satisfying the requirements for his 2003 MCSA/MCSE certification. At the onset of 2008, Omar joined the CSI team as the Information Technology Administrator. His primary roles with CSI include the design and maintenance of CSI’s network infrastructure, management of CSI’s PCI compliancy efforts, and management of CSI’s HelpDesk services. | |
Jerry Wingate | |
| jerryw@collectorsolutions.com Jerry serves CSI as its Senior Software Support Engineer with emphasis on State Revenue systems and processes. Jerry brings over 25 years of electronic commerce and government experience to CSI. During this time he has had the opportunity to be involved in multiple large-scale system and software development projects participating in all aspects of the development life-cycle including specification elicitation and analysis, development, testing, deployment, and the subsequent long-term management and maintenance of critical production environments. Jerry has served as coordinator and point-of-contact for various e-commerce applications, serving as Electronic Filing Coordinator for the Missouri Department of Revenue. In satisfying the requirements of this role, he was exposed to and gained extensive knowledge of both POS and Web-based check (ACH) and credit card processing. Jerry brings to CSI an "end-to-end" vision of what electronic payment systems should provide to their customers and a commitment to providing the best consulting, service and support possible. | |
